Teddy Charles co creator with Sunsilk Plumed Up Volume Mouse

I have always had the flattest hair ever and so over the years I have tried many different products to help get some body happening, from mouse to tongs, to gel, to hair spray & hair rollers..you name it I have tried it.  Many of the products I have purchased with the promise to give me BIG HAIR have cost a lot of money also...some were a total waste of money and some delivered minimal results.  However none of them had me coming back for a second purchase.

This past 2 weeks I have been using a Hair mouse created by Sunsilk and available at the Supermarket for just a few $...and I have to say that I am really impressed with this one and feel that the end results will have me going back for more.  This is not a paid advertisement it is my view on a product that is accessible to us all.  If you have flat hair it is worth a try...using this with my round brush and hair dryer gives me a much better end result that lasts all day. 

I did a little research on the product and the guy that helped to create this range of products with Sunsilk....I will get the full range in my next venture to the supermarket as I am sure using the full range will get even better results!.

Anti Aging Mask made from Alginate & Vitamin E

Everyone wants to keep their complexion looking young and I am no exception here at all.  

I recently went on a stock finding mission for my business makeupnet.com.au and while I was looking for makeup I found a great product that I have been trying which is supposed to help keep my skin looking younger.

The product is called Alginate Face Mask with Vitamin E by Jozelle and it is an anti-oxidant and a firming mask.  It comes in a really large tub.

It comes in the form of a light blue powder 

You take a small amount of the powder and mix it into a paste with water and then use a spatula to apply it to your face.  

Then the fun begins!  

It sets like a rubber mask and you can feel it tightening up the skin and it feels really good!

You need to leave it on for about 7-10 minutes then you can peel it off - and when you get good at it I hear it comes off in almost one piece - believe me I am not there yet.

I can tell you that my skin looks fantastic after using it and it feels good too.  The fine lines almost disappear for a while and this is just what you want for a special occasion as your makeup will look great on firm skin.

Pimples and other blemishes on our faces

No matter what your age we women - I suppose men do also- but my focus is on women today -we all get pimples, zits, acne call them what you like - we all get them at times in our lives.

And we all HATE getting them with a passion!  I suffered  a bit when in my teens and had to go onto some medication for a while to help rid my skin of these horrid things, however it was short term so no long term damage to my skin.  My brother on the other hand had pimples that were like mountains and he has many scares on his face now which is sad for him.

I have found a skincare cream/treatment that is a new comer in my view to the Aussie market called Beautiful Caroline BB Cream.  BB Cream is a Banish Blemishes Cream with a tinted moisturizer also, how cool!

The BB Cream market across Asia is huge and very popular as the creams have many benefits for the skin such as controlling oil, calming the skin and giving a great natural coverage.   The one issue with the current creams is that they are very pale in colour and therefore will not suit many Australian skintone unless you are very pale or you are of Asian decent.

The good news is that I have found another brand of BB creams that comes in 3 colours and these I hope will be a better colour range that suits the Australian complexions.

It has been a while since I did an update and I have to say I am very sorry but a lot has been happening behind the scenes!

We have a new business name and a new domian name.  

We are now called Makeupnet and www.makeupnet.com.au  along with a new name we have a fantastic new product to sell and distribute along with our famous brand Lime Crime.
