How to keep your skin looking younger and healthier

If you want to keep your complexion looking as good as it can, then you do need to put some effort into maintaining your skin.

There are two key actions in my view that you must take every day and twice a day, and all up it will cost you about 10 minutues every day in total.......and everyone can find 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins at night.  No excuses, just do it!

The two most inmportant things to keep those fine lines to a minimum are Cleansing and Moisturising and you should look to use good quality products for both of these actions.

1.  Cleansing the skin twice a day will really keep your skin fresh and glowing with health.  If you have a blemished skin then cleansing is key to reducing the inflamations at all times ( I know as I had oily and blemished skin in my teens)  Use a cloth with warm water to remove the cleanser as the cloth helps to exfoliate the skin.  You can use a simple face cloth or invest in one designed to help exfoliate (see picture below), either way just use a cloth!

2.A good Moisturiser, even if you have oily skin, moisturising the skin can help to balance it out and provide hydration - not oil- hydration. There are many moisturisers that work on oily skin so look around and find one that suits your skin type and budget.

Most skins are really craving a luscious and creamy mositurer that is made from natural and organic ingredients.  Always buy the best moisturiser you can with your budget and remember that the most expensive is not always the best.  Don't just by a name brand as that's what your paying for the name, but ,you need to make sure the ingredients are what your skin needs to stay healthy and radiant.

Buying the right products will make the expereicne of cleansing and moisturising your skin something you look forward too each day.

If you want to try Organic products I can highly recommend Elly B Organic skincare as the products are truely luxurious and creamy and do a great job and won't break the budget!

Go for their Coconut Cleanser, it is creamy and smells great and will take off all your makeup. If you have the oily skin you will love their Purifying Cleanser.  As for the moisturiser I love the Aromatic which is really good on an oily skin or if you need a little more creamy moisture go for the  Essential Moisturiser - they are all excellent products.  The prices for Elly B clesnsers are $35.00 and the moisturisers are typically around $42.00 which is not that expensive really.

You can buy Elly B from:    http://www.wholesaleskincare.com.au/  & get Free Post as well!
They come in great pump bottles so you do not waste product and you only pump out as much or as little as you need.  It is made here in Australia, so buy an Aussie product!
